Landscape Senior Crew – Leader

Neal Landscape and Irrigation Company is hiring experienced landscapers. We are looking for prospects with the previous landscape, irrigation, hardscape, or maintenance experience. All landscapers must have a valid US driver’s license and quality references.

The Senior Crew Leader is responsible for the quality and efficiency of their crew in the completion of residential and small commercial installation projects. The Senior Crew Leader is adept at knowing/installing different species of sod, installing paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor fireplaces, limited to excellent proficiency in irrigation electrical systems and maintaining a lawn. This position has experience reading and following blueprints, leading a crew of 3-4 technicians, and proactively communicating with clients to create a seamless customer experience that meets or exceeds companies’ expectations.
