Landscape Maintenance Manager

Neal Landscape and Irrigation Company is hiring experienced landscapers. We are looking for prospects with the previous landscape, irrigation, hardscape, or maintenance experience. All landscapers must have a valid US driver’s license and quality references.

The Landscape Maintenance Manager is the primary customer contact for existing maintenance contracts, responsible for scheduling and running three to five lawn maintenance crews, and two to three fertilization crews, and an enhancement crew. The maintenance manager is responsible for the overall site quality, enhancement sales and contract renewals. This position is responsible for necessary follow-up and follow-through to maintain positive customer relations and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Suggest and sell additional management services/enhancements to meet both the needs of the property and to increase customer satisfaction.
